A summary email with our honest read of your situation — even if that means telling you we're not the right fit.
What typically comes out of the call
About 80% of our intro calls end up in one of these three places:
A scoped quote
We understand enough to write a statement of work with real pricing. You get it in writing within a few business days.
A site walk booked
Your situation needs a physical look before we can price anything. We schedule an onsite visit, scoped to your region.
A referral or a no
We're honest when we're not the right fit. You get a suggested direction or a referral to a more appropriate specialist.
Good to have ready (optional)
None of this is required — but the more you bring, the more useful the call.
